Fidelity Charitable is one of the largest Non-Profit 501C3 organizations in the U.S.
-Phone representative assisting with grant writing, contributions, technology related support and usability tests.
-Team resource for Texas and North Carolina colleagues in the Fidelity Charitable, Non-Profit sector.

I worked in the group known as Advisor services and worked as a level I processor before being promoted to a level II.

Being a Stock Broker at Fidelity requires the series 7 and 63 licenses which are obtained during a 3 month training period before employment starts.
-Managing of time for independent studying towards professional series 7 and 63 licenses while finishing my last semester or undergraduate degree.
-Explaining complex financial reports to end clients regarding their trades and brokerage investments.

BACHELORS OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION IN OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
This degree focused on process improvement and supply chain management through successful project implementation. A very heavy emphasis was placed on Lean/ Six Sigma and extensive statistical knowledge. The degree required over 133 credit hours and was among one of the most difficult business degree plans at UTA.

MASTERS OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
An MBA is a continuation of the basic information that is learned in the undergraduate curriculum. I realized a year out from graduating with my bachelors degree that I was not done learning all I can about business management.
